Roasted rack of lamb served with roasted golden beet risotto, grilled vegetable Napolean and a charred tomato rosemary jus.
Marinated filet topped with a buttery blue crab relish and served with grilled broccolini and truffle roasted potatoes.
Roasted Chicken $19
Half of a honey roasted herb chicken served with whipped cheddar potatoes and a medley of roasted beets, rutabaga and carrots drizzled with a chicken a jus.
Sauteed jumbo shrimp tossed with linguini, sweet peas, smoked bacon, chick peas and exotic mushrooms in a parmesan cream sauce.
Vegetable wheat berry and quinoa salad with marinated grilled tau kwa tofu finished with a warm lemon vinaigrette.
