The couple has worked together since 2001 and were married in 2002. They have two adult children, Joseph and Nichole who also work in the restaurant. At their home you'll find them tending geese, chickens, honeybees and building a 2nd greenhouse out of reclaimed windows which will have an aquaponics system incorporated, and a 1/2 acre garden. You'll find this attention to sustainable living in their restaurant, too. Jennifer describes the food as "the freshest we can get so that customers are fed like we feed our own family."
